Your video did not mention 2 battery Bank connections I want to charge from my 200w solar panels 2 seperate battery banks. Will this do the job?

The Go Power Solar Panel Controller part # 34276119 that you referenced can be used to charge two batteries. I attached a picture I took from the install instructions for this kit that shows how to connect it to two batteries.
