Question:

Hi, The documentation that comes with this product does not give front and rear crossbar measurements for the Mazda 3 hatchback 2013 with fixed mounting points. Other vehicles, but not this one specifically. I see that the video of the 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback with fixed mounting points specified 16.3 cm for the rear crossbar. Could you provide the front crossbar measurement? Thank you.

It sounds like you are trying to find out the needed strip length for both sides of the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars # RRVA118B-2 on your 2013 Mazda 3 Hatchback, which are used in conjunction with the 2500 Series Legs # RRRLKVA and the Custom DK Fit Kit # DK289.

I reached out to my contact at Rhino Rack and she said for your Mazda 3 Hatchback the front crossbar strip length should be 18.1 centimeters and the rear crossbar strip should be 16.8 centimeters. She said that the instructions for the kit just haven't been updated with the hatchback fit information.
