We do have window covers that fit your 2012 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter though the Camco SunShield Reflective Motor Home Window Cover # CAM45164 you referenced is a universal fit, so while it will certainly work to shield your Mercedes from the sun, it is not designed specifically to fit your van. It measures 62" x 30" so if you like you can certainly take a quick measurement of your windshield to see if it matches that of the SunShield.

Otherwise there are a pair of covers that are confirmed to fit your '12 Sprinter, the Adco RV Windshield Cover # 290-2423 and Adco Deluxe RV Windshield Cover # 290-2523 which fit on the outside of your Mercedes to keep it protected.
