Question:

Looking to buy these square u bolts to tie down wheel steps on a trailer - but I need a metal plate to fix the u-bolts to the trailer. To you make a metal plate that has holes to fit the 2 1/4 inch bolts in this kit ?? Trailer Square U-Bolts Qty 2,2-1/4inch x 4-1/4inch x 3/8 Item # 382144UB Thank you.

I may have a solution for you, however we don't have a metal plate available with pre-drilled holes that are spaced to match the Redline Square U-Bolts # 382144UB.

If you are looking to attach a step to the fenders on your trailer we do have the CE Smith Galvanized Steel Step # CE26212G-15284GA that's designed for a 2 inch wide frame. This kit consts of a 12-gauge galvanized steel step that will connect to the frame via the included U-bolt and attach to the fender to provide you with a sturdy step for easy access.

For just the plate/step by itself you can use part # CE26212G.

I have attached an image of this installed just so you can see exactly how it's used.
