Hitch Bike Rack Recommendation to Clear Rear Spare of 2007 Jeep Liberty

I have a Jeep Liberty with a rear mounted spare tire and am curious if this rack will work with the approximately 12-13 inches of clearance that is needed.

12 to 13 inches of clearance from the center of the hitch pin on the bike rack out to the nearest part of the rack is a bit more than most bike racks will have including the Saris Glide part # SA774 you referenced. Best option we have for you is the Swagman Titan 2-bike rack part # S63400 which measures 14-1/2" inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the upright bar of the carrier.
I attached a review video for this rack on a similar 2012 Jeep Liberty for you. It does not have the spare at the rear like your Jeep does. The video shows the 4-bike version of this rack # S63410.
