In order to add a pintle hook to the Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount part # C45902 that you have now all you will need to obtain is the Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Hitch Ball part # C45922. I would also recommend you use the Curt Lock Set for Adjustable Channel-Style Mounts part # C23556 on this setup as it will be a bit more valuable than the standard hitch ball.
The Curt Pintle Hook with 2-5/16" Hitch Ball part # C45922 is not offered without the hitch ball attached.
