Question:
I am searching for an adapter that is 30A Male 3-prong to 30A female 3prong. Female end need to “extend” about an inch or protrude out as the RV is setup with an inset 30A male locking connection. Also, the 3 prongs must be standard plugs, similar to an extension cord or house outlet I.e. not 3 flat prongs. Does this product exist? Similar to the attached picture but this one has 3 “flat” prongs. Thank you.

It sounds ord like you're looking for an adapter or cord that has a standard household 15-amp male connector on one end and a 30-amp female on the other. Standard household male plugs as found on extension cords are rated for 15-amp service. If you click on the link I included for you all such adapters and cords can be seen.
For example ,the Mighty Cord part # A10-1530DAVP has a standard 15-amp household male plug on one side and a 30-amp female twist-lock on the other and has a longer body than most similar adapters.
