Are Power Steering Coolers Designed to Fit Specific Vehicles

Question:
Power Steering cooler 2013 Expedition. My factory ac condenser is also the power steering cooler. It is leaking. I would like to use one of your solutions as a work around from replacing it. I believe almost any of them will work. I am just not sure which kit you offer has the right fittings and correct hose. Can you suggest?

Expert Reply:
Power steering coolers are not designed or made to fit specific vehicles, and though the Derale 4-Pass Tube-Fin Power Steering Cooler # D13212 with 11/32" hose barb inlets is very likely to work, we do not have access to the specific fittings for your 2013 Ford Expedition or any other vehicle.
The only way to do this for sure is to place a quick call to your local Ford dealer, who should be able to give you this information.
