Question:
Can this awning be used with a tie down system to minimize shaking of my fifth wheel when there is a light wind. At present if there is a light wind it flaps up and down and shakes the whole fifth wheel. Is there a solution for this?

There are a couple of potential fixes for unwanted motion of your Keystone Cougar 5th wheel when your awning is deployed and catches the wind.
One is to simply retract the awning when the weather gets a little gusty. The other is to ensure your trailer's stabilizers like # LC298707 and # UF48-979002 are properly set on a firm surface.
