Question:

I would like recommendations for the proper airlift 1000 air bag part # for my 2017 wrangler unlimited which has a Mopar 2 inch lift using taller coil springs. The taller coils are the same diameter as stock, but have 8 1/2 to 9 inches vertical distance inside the coil with the vehicle unloaded and parked on a level surface. One of the answers to a customer question on this site said the airbag for a stock wrangler al60817 are 7 inches tall. I would rather have a taller airbag than trying to utilize spacers for the added height. Thank you for your support!

The AirLift rear axle air spring kit # AL60817 will not work on your lifted 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that has taller coil springs but their universal kit # AL60917 will work according to my contact at AirLift. These springs are 4.35 wide x 9-inches tall.
