I do have an option for you but the spring is no longer available for you Fulton T1300 Trailer Winch made in 1999. Therefore, you will need to replace the entire winch for which I recommend the Fulton Single Speed Winch part # F142104. This winch is a single speed and has a 1,300 lb weight capacity. It can be used with a 20' long x 2" wide strap like part # FWS20HD0200.
