Will this Sewer Hose with the attached Cap fit inside the Standard Square RV Bumper? Thanks.

Yes, since the outer diameter of the bayonet fitting of the Quick Drain RV Sewer # D04-0121 is 3-1/2 inches it will easily fit in the 4 inch square bumper of your RV.
