Question:
I am looking to replace the cabinet lights in an ambulance that are currently 10 series trucklite 2-1/2inch Round incandescent lights. I want to replace them with a bright LED light. What do you suggest? I looked at the Optronics Miro-Flex LED Utility Light - Submersible - 9 Diodes - Round - 12V/24V - Clear Lens, but it is only 2, if I use those then I have to replace the grommet also but the hole in the cabinet is 2-3/4. The grommet A54GB for that light requires a 2-5/16 hole. would that grommet still work in that cabinet hole. Any Ideas???

The best solution is going to be with a larger size light if you can enlarge the hole you have like with the Optronics LED Backup Light for Trucks or Trailers # BUL11CB and grommet part # A45GB. You'll need to cut the hole out to 4-1/2 inches in diameter but you'll get a really bright LED setup that will work great. You'll also need a pig tail harness as well with part # A45CB.
We don't have anything that would fit a 2-1/2 inch diameter hole.
