Question:
I have a 97 mallard 5th wheel camper. i flipped the axles over so it is taller for 4x4 trucks to pull it. The steps are a little taller now and with the baby, its becoming a nuisance. Im not quite sure on my door size just yet but how do these work for the older campers? Ive seen many videos on the newer campers. how bout the older ones with aluminum siding? lol

To pick out Lippert SolidSteps for your RV you need to measure the opening width for the door and then the height from the ground to the threshold of the door so we can get you the correct amount of steps. Aside from that these would fit well on a camper like yours that has aluminum siding.
If your doorway opening is 26 inches wide the correct kit is the SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for RVs - 20" Wide - Triple - Aluminum Item # LC791572 as that's the size it fits and the threshold height range it fits is 35 - 44 inch from the ground.
I attached a review video for these for you to check out as well.
