we are purchasing gutter extenders for our rv due to the ones we have falling off. is there an adhesive or do you recommend an adhesive to keep them on

The Camco RV Rain Gutter Extensions # CAM42123 that you referenced are clip-on install gutters and do not require any adhesive. These have a great reputation for staying on too so they wouldn't need any additional adhesive and would work better than the ones you have now that are falling off.
