Expert Reply:
The Draw-Tite Front Mount trailer hitch part # 65048 is a designed to fit the 1991 Jeep Wrangler. The installation does not require drilling but does require some minor fascia trimming to the front of the Jeep. The only reason the hitch would not fit the Jeep is if the Jeep has a tube style bumper. I have attached an example of what a tube style bumper looks like. There are currently not any front mount hitches available for Jeeps with tube style bumpers because there is not a proper place to install the hitch with this style bumper.
