Can TracRac SR be Installed on a 2018 GMC Canyon with a 5' Bed

I do have an option for you to add a sliding ladder rack to your 2018 GMC Canyon with the 5' bed but unfortunately the Thule TracRac SR has never been confirmed as a fit for a 2018 GMC Canyon with the 5' bed.

Now you can use something like the Thule TracRac TracONE # TH27000XT which installs with clamps but it doesn't really slide along rails. You will have to basically remove and then install the entire leg unit if you want to reposition the legs.

For a sliding rack you will first need a Retrax XR tonneau cover like the RetraxONE XR # RTT-60454 because it has the integrated Trax Rails. The Trax Rails then allow you to use the Yakima OverHaul HD # Y01151-58 with the Adapter Kit # Y01155 for a ladder rack that's not only adjustable along the rails, but it also has a height adjustment of 19" - 30". The retractable tonneau cover can also be locked into position anywhere along the rails to accommodate a wide variety of cargo scenarios.
