Will the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock Work with An Aftermarket Handle on a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500

Question:
I want a locking tailgate and a backup camera that looks OEM. I found your listing for the lock, and it says it works with OEM handle. I found a handle that I want to get, search Master Tailgaters Replacement for Dodge Ram 2002-2008 Chrome Tailgate Handle with Backup Camera, but Im wondering if you all can tell if it will work with this product. Thank you.

I do have an option for you but the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock part # PAL8340-PL9510 is designed to work with the factory tailgate handle so there would be no way for me to confirm it will work with the Master Tailgaters Handle you are referring to. However, I have attached a photo for you as well as a video that shows how the above mounts which you can then compare to the handle you want to use to see if they will work together.
If you wanted a backup camera then your best option would be to just add the Hopkins Rear View Camera with Backup Sensors part # HM60195VA which attaches to the licence plate mount.
