Yes, the Thule Sup Taxi Paddleboard carrier part # TH810001 is compatible with the round bars of the Yakima Outdoorsman 300 Series.
The Yakima Outdoorsman 300 ladder rack comes in 3 different cross bar lengths. If you have a full size truck you can use part # Y01137-Y00410 with 66" cross bars, part # Y01137-Y00411 for the 78" cross bars or part # Y01137-Y00409 for 58" cross bars.
If you have a compact truck you can use part # Y01136-Y00410 with 66" cross bars or part # Y01136-Y00409 for the 58" cross bars.
