You have made a couple of great choices because the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK39213 will absolutely work with the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-501 on your 2018 Ram 2500 with a 6-1/2 foot bed.

The Revolver tonneau cover installs completely inside the bed rails so there will be no interference at all with the TracRac ladder rack.

I have both of these items coming in the mail. The tracrac sr system is coming first and the bak x4 won't arrive for another week or two after. Can I install the Tracrac SR system before I install the Bak X4?

Technically it would be possible, but I think you would be making the tonneau install a little more difficult then it has to be. Ideally you would install the cover first.
