Question:

can i add a 1inch rear lift block to this air ride kit that i have installed,would like to add an extra bit of rake to truck as i added a front leveling kit to my 2018 Ram 3500 thanks

I would love to help but we do not offer any lift or leveling kits for your 2018 Ram 3500. The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs part # AL57595 will not raise the rear of your truck, even with a spacer installed like the Air Lift Spring Spacer part # AL52420 or the Firestone Lift Spacer part # F2536. These spacers are simply designed to take up the gap you will have with the above kit when installed on a vehicle that has already been lifted.

If you do lift your vehicle using other means and want to install the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs then you will need a lift spacer like one of the ones listed above.
