Can you put E-track on the door of a cargo trailer

You can put e-track like the pat # E19148 basically anywhere you can securely attach it. If you wanted to put it on a trailer door you certainly could. In the review video I attached you can see e-track mounted on several surfaces of the interior of a trailer.
