I need a weight distribution hitch for my 2019 Honda Odysey, do all your hitches with with weight distribution?

Great question. Not all of our hitches for your 2019 Honda Odyssey are rated for use with weight distribution.

The highest rated hitch we have for your vehicle with weight distribution compatibility is the etrailer hitch # e98855. This hitch has a rating of 525 lbs tongue weight and up to 5,000 lbs towing when using weight distribution. This hitch is clean looking, but the hidden crossbar hitches like # 76170 for your vehicle are not compatible with weight distribution. This is a little bit of a compromise from the appearance you are most likely seeking but only the visible hitches are compatible with weight distribution for your vehicle. I've attached a video to help with the actual installation and finished look on your 2019 Honda Odyssey. You will also need a hitch ball like # A-90 for a 2 inch diameter ball or # 19286 for a 2-5/16 inch diameter ball.

I also recommend using the wiring harness made for your vehicle # 118781. This Tekonsha wiring harness will connect to your factory harness behind a trim panel in your rear cargo area. I've attached a video to assist.

If you don't yet have a weight distribution system, I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-0800 for your vehicle and the compatible tongue weight. I have attached an article and a review video to help because weight distribution is determined by total tongue weight that includes loaded trailer tongue weight and any cargo behind the rear axle of your Odyssey.
