The best option we have for you is the Snapper Pin part # 14-212TR which is 1/4" diameter with a 2-1/2" usable span. The only option we have with both a 1/4" diameter and at least 3" usable length is the Trailer Coupler Pin part # 37201211 which has a square shaped bale, not the half moon shape you are after. If you would like a locking coupler lock we have the Trailer Coupler Lock part # e98888 which is 1/4" diameter with a 3-3/8" usable span.
