I have a AWM-950, will the JWM60A be a good replacement.

Yes, the Jensen RV Stereo # JWM60A is an upgrade to the Jensen AWM-950 that you currently have. The model JWM60A has some more features so you won't be losing any features. When I compared the cutout needed for the installation and their overall dimensions they look almost identical (see attached photo).
I have attached a review video, a sample installation video, and a cutout from the linked instructions that shows the various connections for the JWM60A model that you can use as a reference.
