Looks like you have a Thule Xsporter Pro Adjustable Height Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH500XT and are looking for a hardware kit to attach it to your 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Since the part number you mentioned is no longer made only solution we have is the # THXK4 which is the correct adapter to attach your Xsporter to your 2010 Tacoma.
