What Size is Back of Titan Pintle Hook Mount Plate # 45156

Question:
I have a custom application I’m building and wonder if the inside measurement is 2”x2”. I need to reverse mount this part and slide in a 2” tow hook from the rear. I understand I will have to drill a new lock pin hole.

The opening on the back of the Titan Pintle Hook Mount Plate # 45156 that you referenced does measure 2 inch by 2 inch.
