Will the Aluminum Sendel Series T02 Trailer Wheel Clear the Brake Caliper on a Boat Trailer

Question:

I have a load right boat trailer with disc brakes. Will these wheels clear the calipers ? Wheels on it now set in 3 inches from the front of the wheel. Thanks !

In order to determine fit of the Aluminum Aluminum Sendel Series T02 Machined Trailer Wheel # AM22329 you will need to compare them to the wheels you have now as well as the brakes you have on your trailer. For example, if the wheels you have on your trailer now have a zero offset which can be found stamped onto the inside of the wheel and you have 10" diameter rotors then yes, they will fit and work well for you. A zero offset means the wheel’s mounting surface lines up with the centerline of the wheel.

If your trailer has larger brakes, like a 12" diameter rotor, you will need to use at least a 15" diameter wheel like the Aluminum Sendel Series T02 Machined Trailer Wheel # AM22653. I will say that most trailers run a zero offset wheel so the main thing you will be checking is what size brakes you have but it will be a good idea to verify the offset as well while you are down there.

I have attached a photo for you that shows what the offset figure on the inside of the wheel will look like but the actual location will vary.
