Will the Rhino-Rack Multipurpose Holders Mount on Yakima Round Crossbars?

Question:
Will this mount on Yakima round corssbars?RRRMPHU Its hard to tell from the images how well the universal mount would secure on a Yakima round bar. Would this be a recommended attachment type?

The Rhino-Rack Multipurpose Holders for Roof Rack Crossbars - Universal Mount - Qty 2 # RRRMPHU will fit on Yakima round bars, but like other adapters they can rotate on the round bar. Normally using a little rubber grip similar to a rubber band and some hair spray will help this not to be an issue.
