The Draw-Tite Class III 2 Inch Hitch, part # 41549, that you have referenced will fit your 2005 Ford F-150 long bed. This hitch has a gross towing weight capacity of 6,000 lbs and a tongue weight capacity of 600 lbs. I am including a link to the installation instructions on the Draw-Tite hitch.

The # 51020 hitch is listed as a Pro Series hitch that fits 1997 to 2004 Ford F-150, so it is not designed for your 2005 vehicle.

If you will be towing with this hitch I would also recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit, part # EBMK4. This kit will include a storage bag that includes the correct ball mount, pin and clip, and an interchangeable ball system that has a 1-7/8 inch hitch ball and a 2 inch hitch ball.

For trailer wiring you will need the Hopkins Wiring Harness, part # 40185, if you have the factory tow package, or the Draw-Tite Wiring Harness, part # 18252, if you do not have the factory tow package.
