Troubleshooting Superchips Dashpaq Performance Tuner Install on 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500

Question:
I just bought the Superchips Dashpaq and tried to install tune but screen came up and said non stock program detected from possible different tuner. I have a LoJack and an on star in my truck could it possibly be that because I’m pretty sure there’s no performance tune on my truck

The Superchips Dashpaq Performance Tuner # SU2060 that works with a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 with a 4.3L V6, 5.3L V8 or 6.2L V8 engine will need to be reset to stock before installing in your truck. You should be able to select "Return to Stock" from the programming menu.
It will work with On Star though it may impair the ability to get monthly On Star reports.
If the LoJack is installed in the communication lines of your '14 Silverado that may impair its functionality as well.
