Yrying to install but will not fit too small to snap bottom clip into place, my truck has chrome package and hence chrome on OEM mirrors...help

K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors # KS81800 fit the Ford F-150 for model years 2004 through 2008 but they do not fit the 2018. For your 2018 we have both custom and universal towing mirrors you can see by clicking on the linked page.
For K-Source custom-fit mirrors roughly similar to # KS81800 you can use part # KS81850 as long as you do NOT have the OEM extendable mirrors.
If you prefer universal mirrors that fit many vehicles then I suggest # KS3990.
