It sounds like you need replacement brackets for 5" Westin PRO TRAXX nerf bars on a 2016 Ram 1500, which we have and which are specific to both the bars and the year, make and model of truck so they wouldn't be able to fit any other nerf bars.
For a 2016 Ram 1500 with the 5" Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars # 21-53565 or # 21-53560 the replacement brackets are Replacement Installation Hardware for Westin PRO TRAXX 5" Oval Nerf Bars # 21-5356PK.
