What kind of door latch will work on an enclosed trailer that allows me to open the door from the inside?

The Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019 that you referenced allows you to open the door from the outside or inside the trailer like you are wanting. The picture I attached shows what the latch looks like on the inside of a door it's installed on and in it you can see the handle.
