Where Does Brake Controller Install on 2019 Ram 1500

I can see someone else has had the same question as I have regarding this. Ive tried to reach that area behind my dash however when I do I still cannot find the harness to plug into. Does the dash have to come apart. My 2016 dodge ram was just hanging underneath the dash very visible.
