Can Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs Be Installed on Lifted Vehicle
Updated 03/20/2019 | Published 03/19/2019 >
Question:
My installer said to check the size of the air bags and make sure they are the right size for a Jeep JK with a 2and1/2” lift. He mentioned that the bags should be 9” tall. Will this item’s bags work for my Jeep?

The Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL60817 can utilize spacers to compensate for a lift kit installed on the vehicle. I reached out to my contact at Air Lift and they need the internal diameter of the coil as well as the internal vehicle coil length at resting ride height. If you can get me that info, I can help you get the spacers you need or check with them to see if they recommend a different kit altogether.
