The Replacement Mounting Kit for Sportsman Grille Guard - # 40-157PK are only a fit for the discontinued older style guard with part numbers # 40-1575 and # 45-1570.
The newer style brackets being # 40-024PK for your vehicle which are a fit for the # 40-0245 or the # 45-0240.
It sounds like from your mini description that you have a bull bar like # 32-0245 versus a grille guard and if that is the case then you will want the Replacement Bracket Kit for Westin Bull Bar # 32-024PK which are only compatible with 4x4 models.
