I reached out to the manufacturer who told me the East Seventeen Hugger Style RV Ceiling Fan # 344410TSDC36BNOKCY has a brushed motor.
This fan measures 36 inches in diameter, is controlled by a wall switch and has its blades have a Cherry finish. I've added a link to a video review of this fan for you to check out.
