To determine if your fuse is the culprit start off by taking a circuit tester like part # PTW2992 and testing both sides of the fuse to make sure that it is getting power on both sides. If it is then the problem is elsewhere on your towing setup. If there isn't power getting to both sides then you will need to take your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to a shop and have them look at it.
If there is power going through the fuse then the next step is to check the connector with the same tester mentioned above to ensure that the connector on your Jeep is sending power all of the way through. I am attaching photos of the pin out for both a 4-Way and a 7-Way so you can make sure you test the correct pin.
Testing this will help you determine if the issue is on your Jeep or the trailer. Once you know which end the problem is on make sure your connectors are clean and free of corrosion and debris. If they look good then the next step is to check the wiring behind your connector. Make sure there are no places where the wiring is bent or exposed and replace as necessary.
Let me know if you are still having problems and I can help you troubleshoot further.
