The B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate part # BWPMHD14005 that you referenced will slide into a 2" receiver tube opening on the tow vehicle. This will then accept a pintle hook so that you can tow a trailer with a lunette ring, not the other way around. Unfortunately, we do not have a lunette ring for this mounting plate as again it is designed to be used with a pintle hook, not a lunette ring. If for some odd reason your trailer has a pintle hook and not a lunette ring then we would not have any options for you besides to replace the pintle hook on the trailer with a lunette ring.
If you are instead referring to a pintle hook then you can use pretty much any one with a 4 bolt mounting pattern as they will all be more or less designed for the 1-3/4" vertical and 3-3/8 horizontal spacing. For this, I recommend the Curt Pintle Hook part # C48210 which has a 20,000 lb weight capacity. I have attached a list of our lunette ring options for you as well but as mentioned none will work with the above B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate.
