I have a BandW Patriot 18K 5th wheel hitch, I need a universal frame rail for it. I have the box rails as I got this hitch last year on my 250 Lariat. I have up graded trucks but I only see that the frame rails are for a Curt

B and W does not offer just the bracket kits of their fifth wheel rail kits so you'd need to go with the B and W Custom Rail Kit part # BWRVK2401 for your 2015 Ford F-350 short bed. Since you have a short bed truck hopefully you have the slider Patriot part # BWRVK3270 so that you have enough clearance to make tight turns.
