What else do I need to hook this tow bar up to my 2000 Honda CRV. Looks like something is missing on the tow bar hookup..I have all the electric,cables,brake,etc..

Looks like you are missing the removable arms of a Roadmaster base plate kit on your 2000 Honda CR-V. To order the replacements you'll need the part # RM-ARMS.
