I have 2012 Frontier King and have ordered the Original Access Tonneau. Will both Access or TruXedo Extender/Spacer Kit work for the sliding bed extender and this tonneau?

The Sliding Bed Extender Adapter Kit, # 834532006946, that you have referenced is the correct kit you will need for the Access Original Tonneau Cover, # 834532006854, for a 2012 Nissan Frontier King Cab. This adapter is designed specifically for the Access covers to allow you to use the factory bed extender.
I cannot say if the Truxedo and Access parts will work together or not because they have not been tested together. Since you have ordered an Access cover, though, the 834532006946 is correct.
