What is the distance this fan hangs down from ceiling

I went out to the warehouse and found that the lowest point of the East Seventeen Hugger Style RV Ceiling Fan # 344410TSDC36BNOKCY is going to hang down about 4-1/2" from the ceiling. I have attached a photo for you to check out.
