I would like to install a thule awning on my subaru outback 2017 with stock rail is it possible?

I have one solution that will allow you to use a different brand of awning on the factory bars of your 2017 Subaru Outback, but the Thule awning is for larger camper style vehicles.
You can use the Rhino Rack Sunseeker Awning part # RR32133 but you'll have to install a Pioneer Platform tray on the bars of your vehicle. So you'll need the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform - Universal Mount - 58" Long x 47" Wide # RR42115BF to attach to your crossbars and then attach the awning to that platform.
