There are 4 inch oval nerf bars that fit a 2015 Ram 2500 Mega Cab, but the Westin Platinum Series Oval Nerf Bars - 4" - Polished Stainless Steel # 21-3540 do not; they fit a 2015 Ram 2500 Regular Cab as well as a 2014 Ram 1500 Regular Cab.
Instead, for your 2015 Ram 2500 Mega Cab the correct 4" nerf bars are the Westin Platinum Series Oval Nerf Bars # 21-3575.
These nerf bars install by bolting onto your truck so no drilling is needed and are corrosion-resistant. I have added a link to a video review of these bars for you to check out as well.
