There are base rails and an installation kit which fit your 2015 Ram 1500 with a 5-1/2 foot bed but not the ones you referenced.

Instead you can use the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # C16444-204 which are a fit for your truck and will give you brackets and rails to install a fifth wheel hitch. I have added a link to an install of this kit on a Ram 1500 for you to check out.

Since you have a 5-1/2 foot bed you are going to need to use a fixed fifth wheel hitch with a Sidewinder. The fifth wheel hitch I highly recommend is the Reese m5 # RP30928 because of its highly secure jaw and how easy it is to use. Keep in mind that you will need to use the Sidewinder Wedge # RP44FR since you will need a Sidewinder.

The reason a Sidewinder is required is because it has a rotating turret which gives you a pivot point which is 22 inches behind the king pin, allowing you to make a turn without your trailer crashing into your cab.

To find the correct Sidewinder, what you will need to know is the manufacturer and model number of the pin box on your fifth wheel and match that with the correct replacement. For example, Sidewinder # RP34FR will replace Lippert 0719, 1621 and 1621HD, Fabex 663 and 665, as well as M&M 663 and 665 pin boxes. If you let me know the manufacturer and model number of your pin box I can find the correct Sidewinder for you.
