The only roof racks we offer for your 2019 Mercedes Benz GLC Glass with the glass roof are from Thule and they state that you cannot open the roof at all with the rack installed. The Thule WingBar Evo roof rack part numbers # TH711220, # TH710601, and # TH186020 is a great rack designed for your vehicle. The rack has aero shaped bars which will minimize wind noise, is very easy to install and gives you top of the line quality as well.
If you need a kayak carrier the Yakima JayLow part # Y04073. This fits the rack well, is padded, and could easily carry a second kayak if needed.
