Do Air Lift Air Springs have Maximum and Minimum Height Range

what is the range of this air chamber from its highest to its lowest as well as a base height normal set

Air Lift does not rate their bags like the part # AL50236 by max and minimum height. As long as you are using the kit on the vehicle it is designed for and the vehicle isn't overloaded you just have to abide by their pressure range of minimum 5 psi and maximum 100 psi and you don't have to worry about anything else.
