Best Rhino-Rack Roof Rack 2013 VW Jetta SportWagen with Moonroof or Sunroof

Would you recommend the the Rhino Vortex Aero crossbars or the Rhino Bar system with having a moonroof? It appears the vortex aero would give me some more clearance between the roof and the crossbar?
